Shipping instructions: | 1. | To prevent your product from incurring expensive damages during shipment, please return the product in the container and / or pallet that was originally shipped to you. If you no longer have this shipping material, we suggest that you ship the product in a container (wooden crates are preferred), strapped securely to a pallet that provides complete protection. Side Brackets and Front Handles should also be used to help prevent damage to the front and rear of the source. If you do not have access to this type of material at your facility or from a local packaging supplier, we can provide shipping supplies to you at a reasonable cost, please contact California Instruments Support at 858-677-9040. If your product is received but upon unpacking we find damage to your product, California Instruments will email you pictures of the damage and quote you the necessary repair charges. | | 2. |  | If returning an FCS, MX or cabinet system, the system must be returned in the original wooden crate or be shipped in similar protective crating. |  | | 3. | Please list the RMA number on the outside of the container and on the paperwork included in the container. We will notify you of any obvious shipping damage when we receive the product. Product damage during shipment is generally a result of insufficient protective padding around the product, and using a container that is not sturdy enough for the weight of the product.
